Working Drawing and Engineering complete

As you could expect with a prototype new build, there have been some back and forth on this project to get to this stage. We hope that each project will have a degree of this, and as a new build, perhaps this has taken a while to achieve. Along this journey, all our participants have been doing their own work in parallel, so the group has become tighter and more aligned, even with the time taken to finalise our building design.

Some highlights

It turns out that we have achieved almost perfect solar alignment, which also captures the serenity of the location for every household member. Entertaining or communion can be a focal point at the heart of the home, and yet each resident has maintained their own private space….
