Intent
To provide an opportunity to enable the design to re-connect with the outside environment as well as create true zones for the occupants to have spaces of their own, but be able to come together.
This design also enabled smaller spaces for conditioning and strong building elements that made it resilient in a cyclonic area like North Queensland.

- Very different from business as usual not everyones cup of tea
- You need to be comfortable about being outside
