Tired of the housing grind?

What if your next home could be safe, affordable, and built around a sense of community?
This introductory session is for anyone who wants to apply to live at Ginn Road or future People Purpose Place homes. It’s a practical first step to understand how collaborative co-living works and what’s involved in becoming a resident.
We’re offering this session on two dates, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Both sessions cover the same content and provide the same opportunity to learn about the project.
🗓 Saturday 8 November with Darren
🕘 9 am – 1 pm
📍 42 Ginn Road, Malanda
🗓 Sunday 16 November with members of the Atherton Team

Over four hours, you’ll have the opportunity to:

✅ Build practical communication tools based on Nonviolent Communication principles.
✅ Explore the clear pathway to becoming a resident.
✅ Ask questions and get honest answers in a supportive, small-group setting.
This session is an important part of the application process and will help you decide whether Ginn Rd is the right fit for you.
