Vision
People Purpose Place is the not-for-profit that facilitates people wo are currently excluded from, or not adequately catered for by, the housing market, to form a household which promotes optimal individual and communal outcomes.
For our elders we believe that they should be able to enjoy their sunset years after a lifetime of contribution for others.
For elders in community these years are often an experience of the cold hard reality of housing stress. Some of these might describe an elderly resident’s experience: –
- Fixed and low income
- Reducing mobility and ability to maintain property
- Increasing needs for in home care services
- More time for family but less income flexibility
